www.creativelive.com is once again hosting a workshop which you can view online for FREE while it is happening live, from Friday July 23 through Sunday July 25. It is hosted by David DuChemin, and focuses on Vision-Driven Photography. More info here.

Day 1 will deal with what photographic vision is, and how to develop it.
Day 2 will look at capturing your vision, using the tools available (your camera and its settings) to express your vision.
Day 3 will focus on the digital darkroom, editing and processing your images to achieve the final results you are after.

Also, next month they are having a live workshop (FREE as always) on wedding photography, which will happen at a live wedding, so you can learn from the real thing.

The first session today was quite good. Primarily a discussion of vision, with very little in the way of viewing photographs or tech talk. After the class the on-location students were going for a photowalk with David, and some of their photos will be used in tomorrow's class, from what I understand.

I won't be able to see all of tomorrow's session, but hopefully they will replay it afterward, like they are doing with today's.
