Hi, I paid 150$ for your program and after two days of not being able to put video into the program I was able to, now that i have the video in, the video is very laggy (slow), if anybody at all can help me I would be so happy, otherwise I think it was a waist of money and I would like it back.

Why is playback within the software not smooth?

Also, you seem a little frustrated. Have you actually gone through any of the video tutorials or read through the manual? Those will help you get started and help you to begin getting the most out of the software.
