Can someone tell me how to speed up the frames? I have a rotating 360 degree shot that I want sped up to about 4 times normal speed

Welcome. Can't you speed up the clip in your NLE?

Yeah, usually this would be done in your video editor, but you can do it in CompositeLab by right-clicking the track on the timeline and selecting Speed, probably the exact same process your editor would use.
