Can someone recreate these effects with vision lab?

One of my subscriptions on youtube made this after effects video some time ago, the effects interest me and i wanna know if it can be done in vision lab, if it can, i'd like one of you guys with more experience to see if you can do it, and then let me know how you did it, if you did, thanks.

There's nothing in that video that can't be done in VisionLab. There;'s qute a few different effects there, though, (none of which were very good) so if you want instructions for something please be more specific.
