Hi all I have been printing for a while thru photokey and as of lately my photos has been printing off aligned. The photos are printing towards the right and skewed down! I checked paper, setting (even reset photokey several times), change margins in all, still no help! In order for me to get the print I want I have to export the picture and print it directly! Any advice on how to fix this issue?

I'm pretty sure all the printing alignment is handled by your printer's software drivers, not by PhotoKey, so you might double-check the layout settings or the Page Setup settings of your printer driver software.

Thats initially what I thought however when I export the print & print from hp photosmart essentials it prints fine or when printing other documents alignment is just fine. When I do a print preview from photokey it shows off align and when I print its even more off aligned!

Thanks for your response

So what are you doing different now than you were back when it printed correctly? Obviously something has changed somewhere, so the next step would be to determine what that was.

So if you correct the print preview, so it is in the right spot, does that correct the print as well?
