I have just purchased photokey 2 lite i ran the installer disc and when i entered the serial number it said that number was already registered and would not let me go any farther. I tried contacting the reseller and tech support and have not got anywhere with either one.

Well, those are the only two people who can help you with registration issues, so I guess you'll have to wait for one or the other to get back to you. How long has it been since you contacted them? Fxhome support is only available during office hours, Greenwich time, so if you've tried to contact them within the last 8 hours, they haven't even got your message yet. They'll see it when they come in tomorrow.
