I'm looking into buying a DSLR and i was wondering what would be a good camera but can shoot HD videos? between 500-700$

Canon T2i. It's around $800 but is by far the best deal out there.

Yeah, I wouldn't suggest anything except the T2i at this point for that budget range. It's a great camera and the price is a bargain for the amount of features you get for the money.

In my opinion, if can afford it, get it. Or save for enough money for it, it's worth the little extra.

Someone needs to make a more updated camera or ultimate FAQ for this forum. I say this in hopes of someone saying "It's in the works" because with all these new cameras and lenses to worry about, it would be really helpful.

T2i thirded. Amazing camera.
