I assume you are referring to PhotoKey, though you have provided no reference to what software you might be using? Based on that assumption, I have moved this to the PhotoKey support forum.

If so, its as simple as placing both subjects in front of the camera before you take the picture.

Combining multiple foreground layers isn't something PhotoKey is intended to do, but if you export the first one without a background, with an alpha channel, then you can import it as an overlay layer and combine it with a second foreground in that way.

An alpha channel is any channel in addition to the R G and B color channels of the image, and is used to store transparency information for the image.

Exporting with an alpha channel is as simple as selecting PNG for the export format, and not including a background in the image.
