Hi,

I can't find a solution in the forums for the following.

I can't print in the right scale from out photokey. I match the canvas settings with my printer settings, but photokey is the only programm that doesn't print to make the picture fit.
I've tried flipping canvas from portrait to landscape, also in printer settings, I've tried it on many computers and the only printer that prints correctly from Photokey is a Canon Selpy photo printer, and that one only prints correctly from out Windows.

Is there fix fort this?

Kind regards

are you having problems that the print cuts of some mm on each side of the photoprints?

We are using the Kodak 6800 printers and they have the same problem. They cut of about 2mm at each side of the print

No, I'm talking about like 5 or 10 cm of original photopaper without print. A 2 mm cut off would be acceptable.
I have a printing company and print for more than 10 years with all kind of printers and have tested the software on different systems with different printers.
