i chroma keyed a 4-minute video in compositeLab pro, but only 130 frames were rendered. how do i render a whole file/video?

Any time you render from CompositeLab, it will only render the area between the in and out points set in your project. So you need to move your out frame to the end of the area you want rendered. Pressing the "P" key will set the in and out points to the first and last frames of the project, respectively. Otherwise, you can use "I" and "O" to set them to whichever frame the playhead is currently on.
