Hey ya'll. I have photkey 2 lite. I've just started using the program and, it's very easy to use except for one problem.... It will not export my photos. When I try to export it, a window pops up telling me that it cannot save the image. I would really like to know why, other wise, I have bought this program for nothing.

Is there a chance you are trying to save it to a drive that you cannot write to, like a CD drive? Are you trying to Export using the command in the file menu, or the Export toolset? What format are you trying to export to?

Obviously the Exporting should work, so its just a matter of identifying the problem.

What error do you get when you try to print?

Okay, for some strange reason it has worked now..haha. I was trying to save onto my computer in "pictures". At first it would not save it but, now it has.
Now my question is, why is there a white boarder around the picture? I set it as an 8x10 picture in the photokey canvas size.

Can you upload the image somewhere so we can see the border you refer to?

Did you adjust the size of the images so they filled your canvas? What image format did you save to?

I'm new at the photo key so, I don't really know how to adjust to fill the canvas. That might be the problem. I also can't use my Mask option.

There is a scale control in the Position toolset, which you can use to adjust the size of any layer. Or, you can select As foreground or As Background from the Canvas size menu, to automatically fit the canvas to either layer.
