Hi Cliffie. Can you be a little more specific, please? In what way is it not batch exporting? Are you encountering any particular error messages? At what point are you having problems?

The demos are fully functioning other than the watermarks, so it certainly should work.

Also, only PhotoKey 3 Pro does batch exporting, so in case you have the PhotoKey 3 demo, and not the Pro version, that would explain it.

Hi Tarn,

Thanks for the quick reply.

Im using Pro 3 and have imported the four sample files and one of the backgrounds.

I select all four images in the export dialogue. It shows there are four files in there.

I click the batch export button and I get an error " You need to select at least one image to be batched"

I'm probably doing something wrong.

Aha, to actually put images on the batch list you need to click the little stack icon to the left of the filename. This will ensure that the image is batched.

If you want to select all the photos the easy way to do it is to right click, select all, then right click and again and add all the images to the batch list.
