While shooting an event, I am able to take the picture, edit and print with no problems, What I would like to do is find a way to associate the files to an individual person/email address. Having an option to add an email address would allow for post event sales. Also this would give an option for us to sell a package without prints onsite. It would also be great for non profit opportunities where we can dontate time.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but you can add an email address to each image using the text tool quite easily, to help you keep track of who is who. You'll have to mark each image as unique, of course, so you can use different emails for each person.

I've seen products where a barcode on a business card was used, and given to each individual, later they are able to go to your site, enter the barcode#, and have options of downloading thier pic. The issue I am having is to quickly identify personal data such as an email address or a barcode to the exported file from photokey. I hope this clarifies my scenario.

in the new PK4pro you can work with EXIF data, is it also possible to edit the exif data in PK4pro? If so, you can add the email of the person on the photo in the EXIF data and use it while exporting

There's no way to manually edit the EXIF data in PK4Pro I'm afraid.

The barcode idea is interesting, but would require a more complex bespoke solution, especially once the web integration is taken into account.

Although we can't always accommodate bespoke projects due to tight schedules, we're always interested to hear from companies that require specialist solutions. If this is the case I'd recommend sending an email to corporate@fxhome.com with the details.

what you could do is use a qr code generator and export the qr codes as png files. With PK4pro you can use multiple layover files, so you can add the unique QR code to each photo
