My computer got a virus and it won't let me delete, uninstall or even access my programs. I got a new computer and wanted to install elab on it but it can only be installed on one computer. So what do i do? Any help will be appreciated!!!

If you can't access the program on your old computer, I wouldn't really think it counts as an installation. As long as you only have one useable installation of the software, I think it should be fine.
But you'll probably want to contact the company
to get an official answer.

I tried to install it and it didn't work. It said installation incomplete and to contact fxhome. Maybe i can get the hard drive from my old computer and delete it off. Sure hope it works. Thanks for the quick reply.

Try reformatting your old drive, that will get it off that computer. But I agree with Axeman here, contact Fxhome.
