Can anyone tell me how to make Weapon Lighting as sean in the video gallery from the effectslab page here

The muzzle flash engine has a built-in function for that. There is a Glow function at the bottom of the controls that allows you to adjust the size, color and brightness of of the glow area. Generally you will also need some masking to make the lighting interact realistically with the scene.

Another trick I often use is the Spotlight preset (its a Neon engine effect), which often can add a more realistic interactive brightening to a scene. Again, masks are often essential to control the areas of the scene affected by the lighting.
