I get an error message when trying to install the plugin.

"Cannot write to file"
"\filters\fxhome\photokeyshop\photokeyshop.8bf"
"Please check your filesystem and try again"

Has anyone come across this before and if so can you give me any pointers as to how to overcome it.

Thanks for your time.

It sounds like you might be using an early version of the software. Could you please try downloading the latest version and reinstalling?

You can download the demo from here: http://fxhome.com/products/demo

If you login to your product-registered account you can download the full version from here: http://fxhome.com/account/programs

If you encounter an error again let me know exactly what it says, thanks.

Are you on a Mac or a PC, Cliffie?

I believe the Mac version isn't compatible with CS2, as PS wasn't Universal binary yet at that point, so in case you are on Mac, that could be it. If you are on a PC, no worries.

Thanks Guys,

I was trying to get the demo working,I'm using Windows 7, I have downloaded again from the link but had exactly the same error message as I mentioned in my previous post where it could not write to the *.8bf file.

I have the demo version of the full product on here as well, would that make a difference?

Hello I have the same problem with PhotoKey 3 plug-in installation. I have Photoshop CS2 (czech localization) and during the installation I got the same error message (on Vista 64bit). Any help would be appreciated.
