On the effects, the guy on the tutorial had a bunch of different effects but i only have 'Grade object' which doesnt even let me see the different effects inside it... Help plz!

CompositeLab doesn't have effects, it is specifically for compositing. So it has loads of compositing tools, and it has lots of grading filters.

EffectsLab does of course, include effects, and VisionLab takes everything In EffectsLab and CompositeLab, puts them together, then adds some additional effects and features.
