I produce my own comercials for my computer repair business. Not because I'm good at it but because it is cheaper smile I want to achieve the toon look of the Charles Schwab TV spots:

I've tried the Darkly Scanner presets but there are definately things I'm missing. I've put my raw footage here:

If anyone would like to play with this and advise me on settings, I would be appreciative.

I can't look at your footage cause my computer blocks YouTube, but I have Sony Vegas Movie Studio with the NewBlueCartoonR FX plugin. The results are pretty good when I use it on pretty much any footage.

The Schwab/Darkly Scanner film look was done by rotoscoping various parts of the screen. You won't be able to get that look with a filter.
