Couple of questions...

Ok, so right now, I'm having problems with two presets.

1:Quantum door

It's emitter is WAAAAYYYY off the canvas, and when I move it back on, then go to the next frame, it jumps back to its origional spot.

2: The bullet hits in the muzzle flash menu

I decrease it's size, but on the next frame it goes to what it's supposed to do, but it returns to it's origional size.

Any ideas what I can do to stop these things?

Try deleting any key frames that are already a part of the preset.

Yeah, this is basic keyframing stuff. If there is more than one keyframe in a preset controlling its size/location, you'll need to adjust each one.
