Windows 7 Vision Lab Studio error

I installed Visual Lab Studio in one of my computer with windows 7 operating sysytem. After installation I opened Vision Lab Studio program the Direct Player error appeared. String expected <void>. What is my problem. I appreciate your help. Thank joseingaran@gmail.com or laundry_tech@yahoo.com

Please try doing a clean reinstall exactly as described here:

Make sure you install and run the software from an administrator account, and when you launch the software right click it and select 'run as administrator'.

I've the same problem. Tried clean re-install as suggested but still getting the same message. I've got Windows 7. Each time I open the program I get a message asking me if I want VisionLab to make changes to my hard drive (which I'm guessing means "Do you really want to run the program") which I've never had before. Also sometimes when I import video files my colour scheme on my desktop reverts to basic because VisionLab "is not compatible with the Windows 7 colour scheme". Ever heard of this?

Feedback would be much appreciated.
