I recently received some images from a local high school that did a chroma key shoot. They had quite a bit of shadow on the backdrop, thus creating some issues cutting the images out cleanly. Can you help with settings in Photo Key to make this easier?? Ive been messing with this for hours now and cant get it right. I can upload an image if you need to see one.

Yeah, without seeing the original image its hard to offer specific suggestions. Also, what version of PhotoKey do you have? If you have version 4, the Alpha Levels tool should make that fairly easy to clean up.
