Do vision lab, and effects lab also work for mac? tubetape.com says windows only. It says windows only composite lab pro too, which i have on my mac.

Yes, they all work on Mac, although they don't take advantage of the latest Mac technologies. They aren't Universal binary, for example.

To clarify, the Lab products are not currently for sale for Mac due to Rosetta no longer being installed as a default part of Mac OS X. However, Lab customers still get access to the Mac version downloads.
