Bluring/pixelating just one thing in a clip?

Maybe there's a tutorial on this or something, but I'm trying to blur or pixelate just one part of a clip (like over someone's logo on a shirt, or their mouth when they swear).

Wondering how to do that.

Very simple. Put a grade object into the timeline. Select the blurring grading object you want to use for your effect. Next, create a circle mask for the grade object and set it to invert. Now, simply keyframe the position of the mask with what you want blurred. smile

also you can use the mosaic filter under grade object along with the blur.
