"Failed to compress frame" :'(

Omg, that is just not my week. Bloody hell.

Thanks so much so far guys for all the help, this program is driving me bonkers with the errors sad

So, I finally after two hours have made a scene, however now when I try to render, it says 'Failed to compress frame'

?!!??!

Arrrgggh.

Anyone?

What are your render settings?

H.264, best, 23. whatever. its high def footage soo this is the only one that renders with the correct framerate.

I really do think Visionlab just hates me.
NOW, when I load up a project, the entire timeline is blank.
Strong considering After Effects at this point unsure

You should be able to select framerate for any codec, and if you want to retain quality, H.264 is not a good option. The far majority of Quicktime codecs can handle HD footage just fine. I'd stick with the Quicktime Animation codec.

When exactly do you get the error? Also, if you could give us your render settings, in addition to the compression info you provided, that would be helpful.

What version of VisionLab are you using?
