This is actually a video birth announcement I did for my 4th child who was born in August 2002. I created a Star Wars based movie trailer and incorporated some bluescreening, 3D animations, After Effects compositing, and of course- AlamDV. The final product came out really well in my opinion and is a great way to tell the world about my new son. You may have seen these younglings in another project of mine called "Power of the Sith". It is listed in the AlamDV directory. I have made 2 versions of the film- a Quicktime version compressed in the On2 codec (3 megs) and an AVI version in the Microsoft MPEG4 format(6.5 megs).
The On2 version is located at...

The AVI version is located at...

Later-
Jeremy

Excellent! I doubt that I'd ever have a child, but if I do, I'd probably do something like this as well - bravo! smile

Hey guys-
My webspace is getting hammered and I'm only allowed 300 megs of download per month on each site, so I've created several other sites to download the movie in different video codecs.

For Quicktime- ON2 codec- 3 megs
http://members.cox.net/unclepain1/newborn_uprising_final.mov
http://members.cox.net/unclepain2/newborn_uprising_final.mov
http://members.cox.net/unclepain3/newborn_uprising_final.mov

For AVI- MS Mpeg4 codec- 6.5 megs
http://members.cox.net/unclepain4/newborn_uprising2.avi
http://members.cox.net/unclepain5/newborn_uprising2.avi

For DIVX 5 version- 5.9 megs
http://members.cox.net/unclepain3/newborn_uprisingDIVX.avi

Thanks!

But it's comical, and the effects were done well!

PS: I didn't say I didn't like babies! razz

Not bad, not bad at all..

This looks like your going to get better each film you do.

well done.

( P.s
It's nice to get the comments and votes, makes you feel good inside, Big Brother is watching and has noticed you have not voted on any films.
Now is your chance to watch others people and comment and vote on them so we can all have that loving feeling )
