I was watching the FXhome Superheros video the how to DVD and I saw they used a Stock Footage of fire and changed the color of the fire. How on earth do you do that? Thanks for any help! Chad

You need to key out the stock footage first before you can change it's color or grade it. If you do the typical thing and just set the stocks composite mode to screen or add, grading will not work because the black needs to be transparent first. Use a Value key for fire and explosions, this will turn the black pixels in the stock transparent, then you can grade the footage and it will only affect the flames or explosion.
