HitFilm.com Account Problem

So I clicked on the voucher link earlier today and purchased HitFilm Ultimate. The final purchase screen gave me a serial number and I see the charge on my credit card on my bank's website.

But I never got an email confirmation.

When I go to HitFilm.com and try to create an account, it tells me that there is already an account with my email address. But if I try the "forgot password" link on the login form, it tells me that no account is found for that email address.

So I'm not sure if the site has me as a registered buyer of HitFilm Ultimate, and I can't get an account created to see what's going on.

Help...

Unfortunately, this is something that the guys at the office will need to take a look at, so I'd expect someone to get back to you after they come on for work tomorrow, which should be in about 4 hours from now. Some time after that, they can look into getting this sorted for you.

Have you checked your email's junk mail/spam system to see if the HitFilm emails were accidentally confiscated?

Yeah. I checked there already. I got the reply notifications for these forum posts, but no email from the purchase system...

- the email address you used for the purchase on HitFilm
- the rough time you made your purchase

Thanks. I sent an email to support. My ticket number is: KOM-805166. It says that I can check the status by logging into HitFilm.com. But since my problem is that I can't create an account, hopefully they will email me with status updates...?
