Hi. When I try to submit a preset to the preset downloads library, I always get that error message. I've saved my preset and can use it in Visionlab and all that. Just incase it helps I'll tell you what I do.

1:Click "submit" in the library

2:find my preset by going "My documents>FxHome>Visionlab>presets>

3:I find the preset I want to import, click it and it appears in the little "link" box at the bottom.

4:I click "upload."

5:The message appears.

I seriously have NO idea what's wrong. So any help is appreciated.

Did you export the preset from VisionLab to create an .FXpreset_pack file? Once the files are installed in VisionLAb, they are .FXpreset files, but when you export them, them are zipped into a .FXpreset_pack file, which also contains any necessary textures for the effect. That is what you need to upload.

It would seem that is most likely the issue, but how do I export a preset? Do I right click it then click "export render?" I've already created it, having saved it into MY library.

Glad you figured it out, that should sort things for you. For anyone else who might run into this problem, right-click the name of the preset and select "Export FXpreset..." to export a version for uploading. Correct me if I got the wording in the menu incorrect, Azulon, I don't have the app open in front of me.

No, I believe that's what it says.
