I recently installed Windows 7 on my PC (It was XP) and have tried re-installing Visionlab, but it keeps crashing.

When I try to start it up an error message comes up saying,

String expected

<Void>

I click "OK" and then it comes up with,

Handler not defined

add_debug_process

I click "OK" again and it crashes or if I click "CANCEL" on both it still crashes and both error messages are headed with "Director Player Error".

I would appreciate any help with this.

I'd recommend following these instructions for a clean re-install. After deleting all of the necessary folders to uninstall, when you run the installer again, right-click the installer and select "Run as Admin". That should clear it up.
