Can any one tell me why is it every time i try to render a video out of vision lab my quality Drops.

What are your render settings? Compressed? Not Compressed? Avi? Mov?

If there is a loss in quality, it is because you are exporting to a codec with lower quality settings. Typically this means that the codec is focused on getting the file as small as it can, rather than keeping the quality as high as it can. So its a matter of changing the settings you use when rendering, as Biblmac mentioned.
