I've just been trying the visionlab studio but to be honest it all seem a bit slow. Playback of my footage -even if a very small clip is slow but as soon as I try to add any effects at all its just so slow as to be unusable.
I have pc with a core 2 due at 2.66 ghz with meg of ram and a radeon 4800 graphics card. Any ideas on how to spped things up. I also use Sony Vegas which runs brilliantly quickly and do quite complex 3d in Cinema 4d which again is quick on my modest setup so whats the issue with Visionlab Studio?
Any help or advice appreciated

My main recommendation would be to try the HitFilm demo, which is our current video product. VisionLab is an older video product that is no longer available.

visionlab always runs kinda slow when you add in effects to your footage. i'd either just scrub through it instead of hitting play, or just get hitfilm.
