When I try to load a .MOV file I get the following message:

"The program can't start because QTCF.dll is missing from your computer. Try resinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I did reinstalled FXPro and Quicktime (the latest) and I get the same message.

Any ideas? Is the new Quicktime dll not compatable with this program?

thanks.

There shouldn't be any Quicktime incompatibility that I know of. You already tried re-installing Quicktime as well?

Yep. We have a brand new laptop, so all the software is new and updated.
And I've reloaded FXpro twice.

Are you on a Mac or a PC? If you are on Windows, I fount this discussion which indicates that its a bug in the QT installer for Windows. It also give some instructions for fixing it.
