I can't get vision lab to work. I've tried doing the clean uninstall, and yes I have the current QuickTime and directX installed on my computer. I cannot believe that FXhome can't come up with a decent solution to what seems like a simple problem. Yes, vision lab is cheaper than aftereffects, -but what's the point if it don't work...

Sorry, can you tell us what goes wrong? We can help you sort this out, but we will need to know what the problem is first.

Are you running Vista or Windows 7? If so are you running it in compatibility mode? Not sure if this would have any effect but you never know.

Have you tried re-installing the software? Uninstall then a clean reinstall?

Actually, fxhome got back to me and said that vision lab was meant to handle short length special fx and that a huge project -like the one I was working on might have some issues. I figured this before they got back to me and essentially created a new project and imported my presets and am working on much smaller segments at a time. -And it seems to be working. Not a perfect fix but it's better than nothing.

Well, glad to hear you got it working anyway. Hopefully things will continue smoothly for you. Let us know if they don't.
