Hello.

For some reason when I place a preset (downloaded or not) onto my selected media, no point of origin comes up. I can change the scale and just about everything about the effect but I cannot actually move it to where I want it to be.

I use a Windows Vista machine and there is nothing wrong with the media itself. Does anyone know of anything that can be done? When creating my own effects I can move them perfectly.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated smile

That's an odd problem. Did you make sure that the Attributes of the various effects were selected on the timeline? Optics don't use Attributes, then use Movement, if I recall, but particles and muzzle effects will require that you select the Attributes, so the control point will appear.

I've been having the same trouble, but only for the past few days. It doesn't seem to matter which engine I use. They all stick. Grrrr.
