Hi,
I've been using PK4 for awhile now and aside from print issues haven't had a problem. Now I've had to reinstall due to hard drive failure and notice that when I export it only exports as a PNG not a JPEG. Any help would be appreciated. (I'm sending pics to a hot folder as JPEGs so can't figure out whee I'm going wrong).
Thanks

In the Export toolset, you can select what format you export to. If you want to export JPEGs, then select JPEG from the menu.

The JPEG option will be found in the Batch Export toolset, in the menu for selecting the format.

The manual is included in the installer, and can be accessed through the Help menu of the program. In addition, our main avenue of providing support is the Support ticket system, in the Support area of the site, and I would recommend you let us know about your issue there, if you haven't yet. The forums are here so other users can help one another and discuss things, and not really as a means for the team here to offer direct support. Not that we ignore the forums or anything, but if you want official support, submitting a ticket is the way to go.

As far as the error message you are receiving, I apologize for the inconvenience. We have had one or two other users report a similar problem recently and are looking into it. As we can't reproduce it on any of our machines, it is proving a bit difficult to track down what is causing this on certain systems, but we continue to work on isolating the cause, so we can solve the problem.
