Green screen problems, how to work around doing masks

Below is an image and as you can see the blue is having a portion of its green removed. How can I prevent this from happening without creating a mask for every single individual?

The discoloration on the shirt is due to the spill suppression effect. If you reduce its strength or turn it off it won't happen.
