Hi,

I posted a query to the support forum, detailing a problem I was having with Vegas Video and ALAM. I later posted what I thought was a quite insightful and useful reply detailing how I'd solved the problem.

This now seems to have disappeared. Anyone know where it's gone?

thanks,
rob

It is quite annoying really, to spend a fair bit of time and thought on a post, only to have it vanish without explanation.

Makes you wonder if you might as well not bother next time.

Posts get deleted when they have already been covered in one of the topics, when they are in totally the wrong place or have a silly title.

Hi,

Well, it was in the ALAMDV support forum (the correct place, I would have thought), and it certainly didn't have a silly title. A brief search of the forum doesn't turn up anything about how to get video from Vegas into ALAM.

You could argue since it was Vegas-specific it should have been in the third-party forum, but in that case couldn't you have moved it instead of deleting it?

thanks,
rob
