I've just finished writing an FAQ about the force levels. Its generally aimed at newcomers, but it should be the definitive guide for everyone else too. Hopefully it will mean we will see less force confused posts on the forums smile You can read it by clicking here (suggestions/amendments are welcome)

The second thing is I've noticed a misuse of the post rating system. You are meant to rate a post based on its contents. A plus rating is meant to indicate that the post is useful, helpful, funny etc. Note this applies to the post not the author of the post. People have been rating authors posts just to give the author some force, even though the post itself is useless to anyone else. This totally messes up the system. I do think people should be rewarded for helping each other so I have overlooked it most of the time, but its becoming far too frequent. If you want to give people force please use the force transfer option in your profile.

I've also noticed that the system that distributes rating tokens has been going a bit haywire. Theres over 200,000 unused tokens in the system, and many people have a full stockpile of 50 tokens. In my original design I was hoping people would just get a few tokens now and then. I wasn't expecting anyone to be sitting on 50 tokens unless they didn't rate at all. Anyway I've changed the system to try and make it a little more conservative. So you may notice your tokens dropping for a change, this is normal.

I've also finished implementing force rewards for plugins. We will be assigning force based loosely on whether or not the plugin has received any awards. The actual force amount will be up to the reviewer of each plugin. We will be going through all the existing plugins and giving out force to those too. Theres over 500 plugins now so don't expect it to happen instantly. New plugins will probably be given a while before they are given force so we can judge the reaction of the users to the plugin.

I still fully intend to devise a system for giving force to movie makers too. This may end up like the plugin system but I'm currently checking out a few different options.

just a small amendment to the tutorial, you said that your lightsaber goes small again and changes colour after every 100, that should be every 1000 shouldnt it?

Here's a dilemma:

What if two people created the plug-in, or movie?

For example...uh...Twisted Studios?

Off Topic:

Hey nickcelestin, you know what's weird? My name is also Nikolas (which can be shortened to Nick), and my sister's name is Celestine!

Dangit, I wrote a really big article with pictures one time based on force. Stick around for a few more minutes and I'll see if I can post a link.

Here ya go. I was determined to find the link since it took over an hour to make the post. I wasn't about to do it again (Although I would of dumbed myself down enough to do it again if need be razz ) A little outdated, but it still works perfectly fine. You speak of this Yoda talk what is? Jedi only can answer to power of such force. Yes, malone was intended, but the dark forces made you believe it was I calling you.

*scratches head*

Confused I am now. Confused very.
