I am using tiff files for foreground and background in Photokey 4 Pro. I tried these images with jpeg files also. The same box appears and it cannot save my image. The images are 5023 x 6500 pixels for a 17 x 22 inch print at about 290 dpi. I first tried these images at 17 x 22 and 300 dpi, and I got a warning that I had exceeded the limit of 6500 x 6500. I reduced them only slightly. I have saved these images as a png file, but I cannot open the png in Photoshop. I can only open png in Photokey 4 Pro. Any advice shall be greatly appreciated.

I reduced both files to 17 x 22 inches at 200 dpi and Photokey 4 Pro worked perfectly. I guess I exceded the file size maximum for the program to work. I shall upsize the file to print at 300 dpi in Photoshop before printing to compare it to the 200 dpi print I got from PhotoKey 4 Pro. I like to print at 380 dpi with my Epson 3880. I sure wish Photokey 4 Pro had more file size capacity. ANYWAY MY PROBLEM IS RESOLVED.
