This is how u download movie on alam, chose a movie then click on the title and it will go to close up, u then will see the movie picture, info etc. go to original on the left side of movie info, dont click it, right click on it and it will show property etc. go to download. then u follow the instruction and then u wait and see. i prefer download with Go!Zilla, u can find it on download.com

The same process only I use D.A.P. which I prefer to Gozilla.(also free).
All the downloads are "resume" capable on Alam so if your a 56K'er like me with a 2hr.time out it's essential, and it will auto re connect in your absence if you are drunk or asleep or whatever....

Most of the movies in the cinema are hosted on other servers, so you might not be able to resume all of them. Although most webservers support resuming nowadays

Yes "billy" I agree ......I've downloaded almost 200mb at one time or another.(resume on of course)
one thing on large downloads use the "single file"selection otherwise when on auto it can get confused.
Also did u know u can list all your sected downloads for later.(do it overnight) eg. 30plugins just R/Click'em one after the other which will list them...then when you're ready highlight the list and select resume..and off it goes.
Don't shout at me if u know this already...I'm old u know.

You've downloaded almost 200MB at one time?? Me too! I have downloaded alot at one time.. 146 MB for a demo, 217 MB for a demo, and it all took only 20 minutes!! I am on DSL so it goes fast. I actually have a T1 speed, which is very fast. Alot of you have a 56k modem speed, when I have a 150k modem speed. Freaky isn't it
?? The last time I used a dial up 56k modem was in 1998 when I had my two macintosh computers. I hate them now. I can't even find the ball for the mouse for one of them, and once I accidentaly turned it on and couldn't turn it off (I did though!

I wish I had broadband. Unfortunatley my dad doesn't want to network the house and he already paid for AOL. This is bad...I hate waiting all night for downloads.

I have AOL, and I wish I had AOL BroadBand, but I have BellSouth Broadband, so I can't have AOL Broadband....... AOL Broadband allows you to have 2 people of the same account use AOL simutaneously... (Did I spell that right??)
I just had to say this. Please don't take it as an off-topic post.
And, when I said 150k modem in my other post, I meant 150 mbps... When 56k is really 56 kbps...
Kinda like megabytes and kilobytes.

Darkjedi there is huge diffrent between the connection and CTLW83 if u install go!zilla or other softwear like it, u can countinue the other day, so 2mb for a day and countinue 2mb other day. if me i just leave the com open for 1 hour or so.

getright is a better 'resume and pause' downloader.
Its excellent and gives a lot less AdWare than GoZilla.
