Great Idea!! The game looks awesome by the way, hopefully I will be at least renting, if not buying it this week.
But for those who don't know Samus' visor has the edges of her helmet showing, and tons of readouts and information all over the place. If someone wants to pursue this plug-in, I can post some links to some good pics.

I don't know, it would probably be more effective with alpha channels. And I really don't know how much this plug-in would be used, but here are some pics anyway if you feel like making it.

I had a chance to play Metroid the other day, its great! When there are bright flashes of light you can see Samus's face reflecting off of the inside of the visor, the mask fogs up, and green alien goo splatters all over the place smile

2)how many colour did the thing have, it would be better if show the colour then describe it. i only saw two colour, blue and red(dark)

Oh. I see. But you made a mistake. I'm Jedi07, not Dedi07... lol But I see your problem now... WEll, I can ask my friend on Monday morning and respond monday afternoon, but I know you won't be willing to wait that long. I might not get the best answer anyway. But that friend does have Metroid Prime. Why dont you check out the screen shots at cube.ign.com/games.html and go to the Metroid Prime game, or at www.gamespot.com... You can get pictures there and you can see if it spins and whatever you need.

Hey ada, thanks for the +2. I appreciate that! But you can probably see the different colors it is at all the different screen shots over at IGN.com and Gamespot... I know for a fact (I checked earlier today) that there are 2 hundred and 40 something screen shots of Metroid Prime at IGN.com... Thats alot!! And I know Gamespo has over 10 pages of screen shots, with 10-20 pictures on each page! Thats a lot, also... SO there are many pictures for you to look at to find out. I think this plug-in is going to turn out great!!

So ada, you still using Geekshelf? I found myself something better to use. I use www.geekshelf.com so HA! No, j/k. I cant believe you get awards for your plug-ins and I have 0. WHY WHY WHY?? Oh, wait, I know. This is easy. Cuz I cant make plugins cuz i just stink at it and have no way to add an alpha channel with idiotic Photoshop. I am making a bullet hole with sparks flying from it because it hit metal. When a bullet hits metal sometimes it sparks and then it leaves the hole. The hole has great alpha chanelling. The sparks, dont. There is nothing to do. Now, if I were to send you the sparks file and the bullet hole image, and you were to add perfect alpha channels to the sparks, then I will shoot myself. I DONT KNOW HOW TO FRICKING DO THIS

That's the first time I've ever heard anyone call Photoshop idiotic smile Which version are you using, dude? If you're using ver 6 or 7, there's no reason why you should not be able to get decent alpha channels biggrin

Well, dude, dumb Photoshop 7.0 aint working right. Sure, I can add great alpha channels to some images, but this image it includes some red still. I think I know why. The sparks are close together and not apart, but there is still red in between them, so the alpha channel goes around the sparks but they are apart from eachother so you can still see th background. Ill post a pic.
