I was going to change my Avatar when I stumbled across this sentence next to the upload icon: "Congratulations, you have reached a high enough force level to qualify for the maximum avatar size of;
Width: 33 pixels Height: 33 pixels Filesize: 6KB" Is that a mistake? confused I ask because my Avatar BEFORE I was "qualified" was larger in pixels and data. Any help here would be hot. Thanks in advance!

Thats strange, I'm sure it was more too... I've just looked, and I qualify for a maximum of 27x27 6KB, how strange. I will ask malone what is going on smile

Apparently you get one pixel for every 10 Force points you have, up to a maximum of 80x80.... we all get 6KB to play about with though. Hope this answers you question wink

ok this is CRAP! I had Yoda as my avatar and since everyone else had it, I decided to change. When I first joined and my avatar had been enabled, I had a 80 x 80 option. I made it 80 x 80 and uploaded it. well, when I went to change it it said that my force points enabled me to choose a 28 x 28 image. Without thinking I deleted my current one and changed my image to smaller. Now I can only upload a tiny tiny tiny one when before when I had like 20 points, I could upload an 80 x 80. Whats up?

I believe it's one of the new implementations that link forum (and other)privileges directly to one's force points. Initially everyone was granted the maximum avatar size by default (80 x 80; 6KB) but now we have to work towards that goal smile
