All credits go to kermitz for those brilliant yoda animations.

Would it be possible to generate the above ?

Thanks in advance,

Curran

Let me know if you want me to do the animations still - yes I grabbed the model from that site and then played with animating it using Character Studio in 3DS Max ... am happy to do some more if you want me to.

Cheers

KermZ,

Creating these animated plugins is harder then I thought. sad sad

I have a adobe premier, there appears to be an option for 'composites' however I think this can only be used if u have a series of images. sad

At the moment for me its shopping around to find out what software I can use to do it.

If u get time can you create these ?.

For me its going to be a steep learning curve, the still plugins are a doodle.

Can you recommend a budget animation package that I use to create animations ? like this.

What I want to do is create a fight between myself and a computer generated character. A fight with yoda sounds cool smile

Cheers,

Curran

you're going to want to collaborate with someone who has decent poser and/or character studio knowledge for a fight with a cg character. if you have someone make you some canned yoda fighting plugins for alamdv, then your fight is going to look. . .shall we say, not the best

or am I just completely misreading you entire post, and you're already asking kermz to help you with cg animation?

whatever you do, don't use alamdv for that cg fight character!

ice man,

your probably right. It would probably be unwise to use a plugin for fight scene.

Thanks for your input on this post smile

Yeah I think Ice Man is right. Anyway there are several good animation programs around that range in price. In Australia you can get 3DS Max at education price. Milkshape is quite cheap but does not have all the features and cannot open a Max file. Poser is also very good.

Cheers. KermZ
