ALAM is infact a spoof name, it has been taken from Lucas Digital Ltd -Industrial Light & Magic = ILM, yes thats right the people with the big PC's/Mac's that make SFX for the BIG SCREEN - Star Wars, ID4 and many other's.

So now you can see where the idea for the name came from. biggrin

It has a distict ARABIC ring to it that has never sat well in my mind. (Nothing againt the aribic community, but Alam is just shy of SaddamDV or OSAMADV.....

Maybe it's just me.
