black around my plugins

Whenever I make a plugin there is always a black ring around it... how do i get rid of this ring?

I'll try 2 help, just answer:
1) Are your plug-ins set on black transparency?
2) If so, what type of files are they (e.g. bmp, jpeg, tif, ect.)
PS, what is this doing in the plug-in request section, surely it should be in Support and FAQ, oh well.

yeah, im chosing black transparency and I tried JPG and GIF. . .

It is probably the jpeg problem, open the file and do ALL the black again, once done save it as a 24-bit bitmap, then make the plug-in again.
If you need the specifics on the problem, this might be wrong, but I think that a jpeg is a compressed file type and so might make some black near another colour a very dark grey. A 24-bit bitmap is not compressed so Tada!
Ps, that might all be wrong, but I think it'll work.
