|Queen Dressen Draag fears that there is an extremist group plotting the downfall of the republic. The Jedi Council sends out Fayhl-Yur Biggs to search them out and bring them to justice.|
This is the first planned movie that I have done. I learned a lot through the mistakes that I made. I have learned enough that next time they shouldn't happen. I am aware that the lighting and sound suck. Once again, that will not be a problem next time.

Ok i just downloaded and watched that or at least tried to watch it, sound...........well for me there wasnt any, the video was all over the place, and what the hell was that bit from the matrix doing in there?????
the reffects didnt look as if they were finished and sorry to say but it looked as if it was just thrown together with no effort, maybe the video messed up while downloading and that there should be sound and that its not what im actually seeing, so i am not going to vote because it might be ok, but from what i saw it would of been a zero....

I downloaded the quicktime version is there anything wrong with that version because im sure you wouldnt upload something which is that long without it being complete, which is a shame because from what i did see that made sense it looked ok

Well, i would trust the Realplayer version more. I uploaded the .mov so that it could be reviewed. I have actually never seen that version. I'm trying to now. I would definitely try the .rm version if possible. I'm waiting for the .mov to see for myself.
As to Guest #1's comments, the matrix bit was in there for comical effect. It would have made some more sense with the sound. Especially since the movie was made for the dialogue much more than the action. All i know is that for various reasons it did not turn out as well as i had hoped, but I have learned from the mistakes. I really hope i can solve the sound issue.

Okay, I have just checked the original file. There is no sound. I'm sorry. I'm going to ask them to take off the .mov version. Until then, watch the .rm one.

There's some good jokes in there, but they could have been better pulled off if you could see what was going on.

I gave you a 2 because you obviously put in a lot of effort. I am glad to some one besides B4Uask, sidewinder and mecha writing a script some of the jokes were actually funny but the acting really was a drag on them.

I've noticed some people on this forum can be cruel sometimes -- I think his humor is excellent and the film isn't bad at all. It's a longer movie and it's his first try. All things considered, I think it's a good flick.

Thanks, guys. Well, I have just the thing coming up to fulfil your needs, DvDude. It's something much shorter and it will have good enough lighting to see what's going on! I do'nt know when it will be ready, but that's what's coming up.

Wow, almost as pathetic as saying something like that without logging in....but not quite. Oh well, you don't have to like the jokes, however I've heard from many people who did. If you want to know why I even tried to make such a "gay-ass movie" it's because you have to start somewhere. Besides, it was a lot of fun making it with my friends.
I might have been able to accept your criticism had it been constructive, but it was far from it. Concerning the acting, however, you have to realize that fact that most of that came from people who have never really done any acting. I won't say any names, but it doesn't look like this issue is uncommon.
Well, I hope you enjoy the next movie, but if you didn't like those jokes, you probably wouldn't like the other ones. Thanks again to the people that did enjoy it and those that used their criticism constructively.

To the guest with the homophobic tendencies...
The ALAMDV police know who you are and dont like meanies
There is nothing I can't stand more than a person lacking the jibblets to login with a name before bashing someone's work. Such things are "LAME-ASS"

I think this movie was very funny and done very well for a first timer. I salute your work midnight jester, i know you put alot of work into it, the only thing i can complain about was the lack of lighting but as you promied it can be fixed. Other than that, keep up the good work and at the rate you are at, i can see a bright future
