Rating: +1

This was an idea we came up with about two hours before filming it. It's entirely improvised, except the bit at the end. We think it turned out rather well, actually.

Very funny! "Frank" actually looked pretty disturbed, i wouldn't want to talk to him in a diner. You have some guts pulling that off in a diner like that, windows and all. I'll give you force for that. I'll rate it, but i need to wait. After the last couple days, i think i need to re-do my personal rating system.

I gave it a 5 to offset hat 0. I think it really was about a high 2 or a 3 just because lack of story and it was very short.

great job very funny. would like to see a whole movie come of it.

We were thinking of having it evolve into a huge news story type thing and the ensuing manhunt. What do you guys think?

It's not an Idea we need. We have tons of Ideas. We even have some scripts written. The problem is getting people to commit to making one. And time. A lot of the cast is still in school, so they can't spend a lot of time working on stuff. Summer's coming though. Then we'll have plenty of time.

Nice work, Aculag! I think you should leave it as it is; it's already pretty nifty as it stands and you don't want to render it unnecessarily cheesy and stale biggrin

P/s: Was the girl's shriek bloodcurdling or what?! lol

I gave it a low rating not because it was bad, but because it was 1 minute long and it's the equivalent of a test clip.

Other than that, the guy with the gun acted pretty well. 2 stars for the acting.

Yeah, I'm not really expecting good ratings on it, simply because it's so short. It IS a short short, after all. I'm glad everyone is enjoying it so far.

I was actually surprised that the diner's employees did such a good job. They were all very helpful in getting it done.

That was funny... first I thought "what the... why is he shooting?" crazy

Real funny little story, not too long, not too short. And I like the atmosphere on it. The diner was a cool location! compliments to your locationscouts! smile

Heh, no locations scouts here, just a diner near us we always go to. We have a few friends there, the girl at the end is a pretty good friend of ours. Some of the other people there are idiots, but don't stop us from filming in there. We made a school project there that involved bribing cops and other such stuff, and they gave us glasses and some other props so we could get it done. A fine group of people.

FYI, the Diner is called Rosie's Diner. A few of you may have heard of it, it's a popular chain of diners.

I don't get this movie, a guy gets shot and his wallet ripped off. Gesh this bs happens everyday what so original about it. I'm trying to be fair but I thought the movie was stupid.

I personally don't care if you liked it or not. You didn't vote on it at all, by the way. If you didn't like it, darn. I could care less. If you did like it, great. I could still care less. biggrin
