Anyone ever try to duplicate the "Princess Lea" hologram effect .., say using another person ?

Looks to me like a blue screen/TV effects (static).

I'm not sure how to do it, but on www.stupidvideos.com I saw a spoof of the Leia thing... it showed a guy break danceing on the hologram...
