|Yes the lighting is bad and the compression sucks, but somehow this movie still retains energy and fun levels. It's just 2:30 of white guys trying to do kung fu, and pulls it off with fancy editing. It's fun, it was fun to do, and people all over the net can now see it.|Posted: Mon, 9th Jun 2003, 12:22pm

It hurt like crap. Actually I have 4 other clips of me getting hurt....I got beat up.
Kung Fu 2 is kinda different than the first. There is fighting, but it also has more special effects.....practical of course.

I totally agree....but when you work on a movie for one night, you tend not to worry about little things like that. But I feel like we did a pretty desent job of fighting without emphasizing the matresses.

That was funny...I liked it. It was great how there was a handy brick lying in the middle of the living room. Good work!

I do. Did you guys film that during a sleepover or something? That reminds me of some stuff I've filmed...

A sleepover? Not quite. That was my roommate's and my appartment and a friend from High-School. We filmed it in one night and edited at about 3am that morning.

Basically yeah. We got bored and decided to make a kung fu movie. So we made it up on the spot and tried to make it work.

It's always fun doing stuff like that. Actually that's pretty much what all of the movies I have on here are....

i am going to be doing a fighting movie with a few moves in it, its going to be called IT Support fighter, as you might have guessed it is similar to street fighter, on this movie you will be able to see the KO meters for the fighters!

Yes. Really. I've seen it quite a number of times, actually.
Even right here!http://www.csb-digital.com/alamdv/cinema/movieinfo.php?id=638
Not to mention a few other places. Just make sure that the health bars go down for the fighters.

Not the worst peice of film I've seen on here by a long shot. The energy was up the entire time. I was expecting a little more in the way of alam fx. the music seemed fitting and the outtakes were funny.

i left the energy bars out this time because they never went as well as i expected!

Then it's just going to be a movie of two people fighting.

First off, I dont think that you should have sped up your clips. It got a little eye irratating after awhie. I didnt really get what you all were saying in your video. Sounded like something with a bunny. You should have turned down the audio track more so you could make out what you were saying. Also, there were people sitting in the backround. I dont know if that was plotted out but whatever. Some of teh editing was very jagged and you could tell all the time when you started a new clip. You all should have ditched the mattress as well. And the explosion at the end of the video could have used some work as well, you could have made it look like it hits him more. Other than that the video was alright. Keep working with alam and filming. Hope to see more later.
Funny concept tho.
