The only thing I can think you mean is... when you send CSB the money to buy the alamdv software ?

As it says on the shop page "Please allow up to four weeks for mail order cheques to be cleared before receiving your serial"

every time i press "buy" it goes to a place that cannot be dispayed and it confused me, do you know a way i could buy it over the internet with it working?

Could be. The shop form uses https, so you need to allow outgoing connections on port 443 to be able to connect to it.
